Here, Let Me Help [Closed]

Near the side of the River, Fallowpaw trudged along the border with Cinderfall to aid her. She was not only trying to get out of camp for a bit- The stress of kits bursting into her den and injured cats can really put some pressure on a cat- but she was also looking for a bit of Marigold. Right along the River was the best place for the she-cats to look, considering the bright yellow plant only grew close to the water's edge. Although Cinderfall was supposed to be her 'bodyguard' on the simple herb patrol, the medicine cat apprentice hoped that she might be able to catch some fish while they were out so that her time would not be wasted. Her eyes were drawn to a large patch of yellow flowers cropped close to the ground, and without a thought, she sped up in the direction of the flowers. Just as she had expected it to be, the plant she'd seen was Marigold. She bent down, using her teeth to nip at the stalks. The ginger-splashed apprentice routinely added it to her pile, the nodded to Cinderfall. "Unless you're wantin' to do any huntin', I think we've got enough to go on back to ca-" She was cut off by the sound of a stick snapping across the River, and she twisted her head to look in the direction she'd heard the sound.

ic: Cinderfall trotted along, holding a few herbs in his mouth that he was lucky enough to find. He turned his head to see what she was looking at to see... Fernwing. He walked up beside the apprentice and picked a few strands of marigold. He did not want to get involved with her, not again.

Fernwing spotted the two RiverClan cats rather close to the gorge, and her eyes narrowed with distaste when she recognized Cinderfall as the warrior escorting who seemed to be their medicine cat. Scraping dirt over the rabbit she had just caught, she trotted to the edge of the gorge and growled, ”Getting a little too close to the border, aren’t we? Oh, wait, sorry, I suppose I shouldn’t have said anything. I wouldn’t want you attacking me out of nowhere again!”
