Cat Name: Stone
Tom or She-Cat: Tom
Appearance: A huge tom with a long, dark gray coat and a white splash on his chest. His eyes are a yellowish green.
Personality: Stone is an understated, patient tom. It would be easy to forget he’s there if it wasn’t for his enormous size. He prefers to keep his thoughts to himself and allows other cats to think of him as slow-witted muscle. He believes that if they knew he was intelligent as well as big, he’d be seen as too great a threat to keep around.
He is remorseless. He takes no delight in killing, but isn’t about to lose any sleep over it either. He finds it disturbingly easy to betray and lie if it suits his purposes. He does prefer being among other cats and even would consider some his friends, but sees no disconnect in treating them as tools.
He does have a sense of honor, and is loyal when he feels that others deserve it. He can be intensely dedicated to a cause if it lines up with his own views. However, his loyalty is as conditional as his friendship and can disappear as soon as it stops making sense to him.
He’s heard rumors about StarClan, and is politely curious. He finds the idea of leaders with nine lives, visions, and even the mundane duties of a medicine cat fascinating. While he is undecided whether he believes it all or not, he’s open to the idea and finds it philosophically interesting.
Clan: Rouge
Origins: Stone was born into a barn cat colony far beyond the clans territories. It was a peaceful, plentiful life.
As he grew older, a rivalry began with one of the other toms in the colony. It intensified and Stone responded to the older cats antagonism by killing him. The peaceful colony was disgusted, and drove Stone out.
As the moons passed, he traveled from place to place. He even spent some time as a kitty-pet, but had a bad habit of scratching his house-folk’s kit. He never settled in one place for long, either getting bored or alienating the local cats.
Now he’s arrived in the forest. He’s gotten older, and sees a prey-rich territory to spend his approaching elder days in. He doesn’t particularly care what he has to do to carve a life for himself.
