Why Are You Here? (Closed)

Sparkpaw was walking with his father, Snoopnose, towards Fortrees for hunting. He hoped that they would find some good prey. "So dad what are you hoping to catch?" He asked.

"I was thinking some fat squirrels, maybe even a rabbit or two. What are you looking to catch?" Swoopnose replied good-naturedly. A patrol with his son was enough to make him relax and forget about all his other problems. Though he would definitely never tell anyone this ever, he kind of preferred Sparkpaw to Palepaw. Not that he didn't love them both equally, nothing could make him dislike either of his sons in anyway, but he felt closer to this one. After all, this was the one he had named.

Before Sparkpaw could reply, he smelled Windclan cats. "Windclan. I smell Windclan." He growled.

Elmpaw limped along beside Shadepaw, patrolling the WindClan border to Fourtrees. He was already on edge about this patrol. If they met cats from a different Clan along the way, things could take a turn for the worst and he wasn't really the best fighter. With patient training from Brindlewhisker he had certainly gotten a lot better, but his three legs made him a slower learner than the other apprentices.

As he neared the border he got a whiff of ThunderClan and stopped dead in his tracks. "Oh, foxdung," he hissed to himself, looking around to see if he could spot the other cats. And...there they were, just ahead. Luckily he and Shadepaw were half-hidden in shadows on their side of the border and that their pelts were naturally dark. It didn't seem like the other cats had spotted them yet.
