Flamekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, a serious expression in her face as she looked at her clan from the elevated spot before finally speaking “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Flamekit bounded out of the nursery with an excited look on her face. He little bob-cat like tail twitched as she sat down. Today, she was to become an apprentice! She wondered who her mentor was.

From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Flamepaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Birdflight. I hope she passes down all she knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Birdflight got up with a surprised expression. She didn't think she was going to get another apprentice but Blizzardstar thought otherwise. The calico warrior padded up to the newly made apprentice and touched noses with her. "I will teach you everything you need to know to be a great warrior. I look forward to our time together. Make sure to get some good rest for I will wake you up early tomorrow for our training." The she-cat left when she said the last sentence.
