Already Breaking The Rules (open patrol for apprentices)

You could say that sunset is the most magical part of the day. Blushing peach and yellow shades near the horizon give way to a brilliant, burning pink that reaches the clouds themselves- the sun's final show before the deep indigo of night settles over the world.
Luckily, Stormpaw wasn't one for any sentimental thoughts. He was too busy lying down and perfecting his newest look: The Windclan Wiper-Outter. It was a glare mixed with a wink, and a little something extra that Stormpaw liked to call The Blink N' Squint. After a bit of practice using a nearby puddle, Stormpaw could tell that it was really starting to come together.
Besides, what would Cinderkit say if he was caught appreciating sunsets? The very thought of his older brother made a bitter taste fill Stormpaw's mouth. He could only be an apprentice without his brother for so long, so he'd have to make the most of it. With that thought in mind, Stormpaw leaped up from the rock that he had been lounging on and looked around, his summer-yellow eyes glinting with excitement. The dark gray tom turned to the other apprentices that had been lying in the sunshine near him."It's so boring here in camp, isn't it? The warriors don't let us have any fun." He mewed lightly, his tufted ears twitching. "Whaddaya say we..." He lowered his voice dramatically, making sure to keep his tone conspiratorial. "Go for a hunt on our own?"

(OOC: Gonna bit confusing between my few RC apprentices, try to keep up. Unless u only want one of em' to come. It'll be Birchpaw then. )

Birchpaw layed, basking in the sunset. As Stormpaws suggestion, he jumped to his paws. "Yeah! How about a hunting patrol? It'll be so mu-" "No, It's a bad idea." Nightpaw interupted him. "Apprentices aren't allowed on patrols without a warrior." "Oh, c'mon you cleanpaw. Have some fun!" Birchpaw argued. "But" Nightpaw paused, "Fine." She rolled her eyes, standing up from where she was laying.

Shadepaw lifted up his head at Stormpaw's suggestion, then narrowed his eyes slyly. "I'm up for a little hunting and possibly some fighting against a predator. Count me in!"

The calico she-cat lifted her head from the rock she was laying so peacefully when she heard the voice of her brother. With a frown, she listened to his idea and she sighed. He and Cinderkit were always so arrogant, competitive and impulsive. But she had to admit... that the idea of leaving the camp without a warrior was thrilling. And if they came back with prey on their jaws, then the clan would finally saw them as something else than the kits of the deputy.

Hailpaw stood up and stretched her legs before speaking. "Someone must look after you and see that you're not going to get in any trouble. Count me in, Stormpaw." She mewed to the blue tabby tom.

"Sure, Hailpaw." Stormpaw scoffed, his summer-yellow eyes bright as he pranced around his younger sister. "We'll find out who'll have to protect who when a big, scary, kit-eating Thunderclanner shows up." That said, the young gray apprentice turned to the others, a winning smile on his face. "I'm sure they won't notice we're gone anyways." He mewed to Nightpaw, giving her a teasing bat on the head. "But if you wanna be a minnow-brain and miss all the fun, go ahead."
Stormpaw flicked his feathery tail and stood up taller, trying his best to appear authoritative. "Okay, everyone. Walk in a line behind me until we get far enough away from camp. Also, it's my patrol, so make sure to listen to me." The sleek tom made sure everyone was standing perfectly in line before he started walking, purring proudly every so often. He was hardly an apprentice, and he was already the leader of his very own patrol. Jaystream was going to be so proud of him.
The stormy grey tabby didn't turn or look behind him until they were far away from Riverclan camp. He lead his patrol directly through the marshy territory, across a small path, and towards the gorge- "Although nobody would be minnow-brained enough to hunt there," Finally, he stopped walking at Windclan's border. "There we go." He huffed, turning to the others. "I think we're far enough, right?" There was no way they were going to get caught now.
