This time she took a chance, pouncing as soon as she saw it, being afraid it would disappear once more if she didn't. Thankfully, she landed directly on top of it and swiftly killed it before gathering her squirrel as well.

Robinpaw sniffed the air for some prey. Scenting a bird of some kind, she dropped down into a hunting crouch and stalked it. A small songbird, with a distinctive red chest, was singing a little tune on the frosty ground. A Robin. Her bird. She licked her lips and crept closer, her smile widening and her claws unsheathed. Unfortunately, she stepped on a small piece of ice, which made a loud cracking sound. She leapt for the bird, but it had already taken flight. Robinpaw ended up on the ground, lying in some snow. Grumbling under her breath, the apprentice climbed to her paws and continued her search.

Flickerpaw scented a squirrel. Then a fox came snarling! She immediately ran and clawed it, but then it hurt her, sending her to the ground and unconscious, limp and bleeding.

Robinpaw herd a snarling sound. She immediately came to investigate, and found poor Flickerpoor had been knocked out by a fox! The apprentice hissed at the fox and slid underneath it, clawing the predators' belly with her hind legs.

Robinpaw used Belly Rake, dealing 7 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Tatteredleaf's head shot up as she scented the fox, leaving her kill behind the warrior raced over to where the two apprentices were fighting the Fox. Memories of her and Specklefang fighting the fox off flashed in her mind but as did the images of the badger.. Could she do this? Her steps faltered a little bit. She didn't want to be beaten within in an inch of her life again... No. She had to help her clan. She made a promise, even if it cost her, her life.

The scarred gray and white she-cat jumped at the fox, paws outstretched. She tackled the fox to the ground. Fear gripping her heart as she did so but she needed to protect her clan.

Emberheart heard something, and turned her head, catching the scent of a fox. Immediately, she dropped the prey she had caught and ran towards the source. Seeing Tatteredleaf looking distressed, an apprentice on the ground and an apprentice still standing, she threw herself into the fray, rearing up and bringing her claws down across the creature's face with a battle cry.
