Spottedpaw's Warrior Ceremony

Blizzardstar smiled as she hoped onto the Highrock, finally another apprentice was ready to become a warrior “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Spottedpaw came out of the apprentice den with a nicely done pelt. She smiled as she walked to the front knowing this was her ceremony. She nodded at crowpaw then looked back at the leader.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Spottedpaw, please, step forward” She waited until the apprentice did as she was told before talking again “I, Blizzardstar, leader of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn” Her gentle eyes soon landed on the the she-cat “Spottedpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?”

She nodded then spoke. "I do with all my heart." she said smiling.

Blizzardstar smiled and nodded approvingly before she continued speaking “Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Spottedpaw, from this moment you will be known as Spottedpelt. StarClan honors your loyalty and kindness, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan” With that, she leaped off the Highrock and rested her muzzle on the newly named warrior’s head to conclude the ceremony.

She smiled then went to get congrats from her friends.

Crowpaw went up to her "Spottedpelt! A beautiful name for my beautiful love. I'll hopefully be a warrior soon and then we can be mates for real" he said with a purr.

She smiled at him and licked his cheek. She then went to the warrior den for the first time cause she was extremely tired. Of course she would miss sleeping by him but he was almost old enough. She layed down and drifted off.
