The feather makes a hunting patrol{open}

FrostFeather came out of the warrior den and stretched. She wondered what she was going to do today until she decided to make a hunting patrol. She went to the center of camp and sat down waiting for someone to join her.

Fernpaw tumbled out of the apprentices' den with an excited trill. She was eager to join a patrol and really stretch out her legs chasing a rabbit across the moor. Spotting Frostfeather, she raced up to meet her.

"Hi, Frostfeather!" she meowed quickly. "Are you going on a patrol? You look like you're going on a patrol! Can I come with? I can catch lots of rabbits for the Clan! Let me come, please?"

Echopaw woke up and crawled tiredly to the den entrance and saw Frostfeather and Fernpaw, he smiled for himslef and stod up starting to walk over to Frostfeather and Fernpaw.

"yes you can join." she smiled at the apprentice. She saw echopaw and smiled wider. "you can come to echopaw." she told the tom who was heading their way. "we will wait for someone else then leave." she told them.

"Oh, I am so excited!" Fernpaw meowed loudly, jumping up and down. "I hope you two are as excited as I am because I am super excited! I don't think I've ever been this excited! Well, except for the day I became an apprentice and went out training how to hunt with Quailfeather. Quailfeather is the best mentor in the entire Clan!" The little apprentice continued to ramble on and on.

Echopaw looked at the both and smile "I'm exided to hunt!" he said and sat down.

Ic: FrostFeather motioned for them to follow then left camp. She walked up a hill until she saw the Moore. "we will hunt here. Any questions?" she said.

"Oh, oh, oh!" Fernpaw bounced up and down. "How much prey are we catching? We can't catch too much or else foxes or badgers might get into them before we can collect them."

Echopaw got into a hunting crouch and got ready to hunt "I want to catch the biggest and fattest rabbit" he said and pounced the air.

FrostFeather smiled at the younger cats. .well go ahead show me what you got my first little kitty." she said smiling and licked his cheek. "do you think you can catch a big fat rabbit?" she asked mocking him.

"Ofcourse, the fatter it is the slower it is" he said and looked at Frostfeather with a smile.
