Frostpaw's Warrior Ceremony

Ashstar leapt onto the Tallrock. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Tallrock for a Clan meeting!"

Frostpaw was so excited this was going to be her warrior ceremony and she couldn't wait. She left the apprentice den and sat at the tallrock she groomed herself so her fur was nice and clean. She wished that her friend echokit could watch but knew he couldn't. She looked up at her leader ready for her name.


OOC: how long so I have to wait to have apprentice?

Ashstar looked down at the apprentice. "We gather here today to make one of our apprentices a warrior. Frostpaw, please step forwards." Once the she-cat did, she continued with the ceremony. "I, Ashstar, leader of WindClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Frostpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Frostpaw stepped forward to excited to keep her paws on the ground much longer. She looked up at the leader and smiled. ”i do."'she said with excitement.

Ashstar nodded. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Frostpaw, from this moment you will be known as Frostfeather. StarClan honors your loyalty and honesty, and we welcome you as a full warrior of WindClan." The leader leapt down and rested her muzzle on top of the new warrior's head, finishing the ceremony.

FrostFeather smiled at her new name and when the ceremony was done she ran to the nursery to tell echokit.
