Flowerkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, ready for another ceremony “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Flowerkit's ears twitched as she heard Blizzardstar call the meeting. What's it for? she wondered. Then the she-cat blinked in shock. "Of course! My apprentice ceremony!" she exclaimed, dashing hurriedly toward the High-Rock, eyes sparking. She sat down, gazing up at Blizzardstar in awe, awaiting her ceremony to start.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Flowerkit, please, step forward”.

The she-cat did so, Flowerkit's eyes still sparking with intent.

Blizzardstar smiled at the kit before talking again “Flowerkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Flowerpaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Leafstorm. I hope he passes down all he knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Leafstorm stepped forward, his green eyes shining as he looked 'sternly' down at Flowerpaw. "Training starts bright and early tomorrow!" He purred, leaning down to touch her nose with his own. "Don't be late,"

Flowerpaw shivered at the look in Leafstorm's gaze as she touched noses with the warrior. "I-I promise I'll try my best, L-Leafstorm," she stuttered. "I'm honored t-to have y-you as my mentor." She hoped he thought she really meant it, because secretly she did. She blinked up at her new mentor and smiled at her new name.
