Boulderkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Leopardstar climbed the Jaggedrock again and called the summons. "Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey join here beneath the Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!"

Boulderkit proudly steped forward and looked his leader with strong wish in his eyes. He was not scared like other kits, because he was very big for his age. From this fact also came his marvelous name. There were a few older apprentices which were smaller than Boulderkit. And this weight and height gave Boulderkit self confidence when he steped closer.

Silentstorm was there the whole time, watching on with pride as his son became an apprentice.

Leopardstar spotted the kit standing by and began the ceremony. "Boulderkit, step forward." He meowed, looking over the crowd. "You have reached the age of six moons and are ready to begin training. From this moment until you receive your warrior name, you shall be called Boulderpaw. Ryeheart will be your mentor. He is young but honorable; I know he will train you well." He finished, nodding to Ryeheart.

Boulderpaw proudly nodded looking for future mentor. Leopardstar named him honourable; that was great and Boulderpaw was even more eager to see him.
