Cats are people too

I wrote short paragraphs about what my cats would be like if they were humans. They have the same name, but trust me, they're humans here and were born humans here.

Nutpaw got out of bed and yawned. She remembered it was the day they would get the results on the math test that they took the week before. Though she was one of the smartest students in her math class, she still always felt nervous about her test scores. After getting dressed, eating a quick breakfast of cereal, and brushing her long brown hair, Nutpaw hurried to catch the bus. She couldn’t wait for gym that day, it was always a relief to run after being cooped up in a classroom. Though she personally prefered dodge ball, she knew her best friend, Finchpaw, didn’t, so maybe it would be nice to change it up this time. She walked onto the bus and took a seat, before remembering something. She pulled out her phone and texted Echopaw. “Our date is still on this afternoon, right?” is what she texted him. Nutpaw didn’t know how to tell Finchpaw she was dating a guy from a different school, since she probably wouldn’t approve. With a sigh, Nutpaw put her phone back in her pocket and waited for the bus to arrive at school.

Nectarpaw looked at his clock and groaned. He had slept in again! He jumped out of his bed and hurriedly started getting ready for school. His sisters were already finishing breakfast before he even was dressed. “You beat me this time, Sweetpaw, but I’ll be faster tomorrow!” he shouted, hearing laughter after that. By the time he was ready for school, his sister’s and the school bus were long gone. He didn’t want to bother his mom with this, her being a single mother with three children and all, so instead just ran out the door and decided to run to school. Though he was upset he had to run and didn’t get to see his friends on the bus, he was a little relieved. Now he had one less day to worry about if he should sit next to Stonepaw or Laurelpaw, and what to say if he ended up talking to his crush, Heatherpaw. Stonepaw and Laurelpaw were his two best friends, but he often noticed that they fought over which one was his bestest friend. Nectarpaw could never decided, so now he just continued running to school  in his usual fast way.

Annabelle slipped out of bed that morning, ready to get ready for school. It was no secret that her adopted family was rich, and that she got quite a bit out of that. Annabelle quite often ended up bragging about that, not minding much the hate she got. In fact, one time she actually got in a roast battle with some people about that. After getting dressed, Annabelle ate her usual breakfast of an omelette and lemonade. She then had her mother do her hair for her, in a french braid of course. She took time before she had to go to school to text her current boyfriend, Storm. She wanted to make sure they still had a plan to visit Storm’s brother, who went to a different school, later that day. When that was confirmed, she looked at the clock and saw it was time to go to school. She wasn’t the smartest, or good at playing sports, but she had a sharp tongue and many friends, which in her opinion, meant she did well in school. She rode to school in a limo as usual, as she despised riding on the bus.

Shrewkit woke up early that morning, at seven. That was really early for a kindergartener. He didn’t want to go back to sleep, so he ate breakfast early that day. He got dressed by himself, and soon was feeling proud of himself. He would tell Reedpaw that he had gotten ready for school by himself, and he would be impressed. He hoped he would see Reedpaw again soon, and maybe they could play truth or dare again! Shrewkit loved playing truth or dare, as he never got scared by any dare and didn’t mind answering any truth question. He decided to wake his siblings up early to tell them that he was already ready!
