Howl In the Dark RP

Sheba paused when she was about to bite Blaze's throat and let him up, "You're a worthy opponent, Blaze." She smiled and then he gently headbutted her.

Shadow smiled at the two warriors. "Get some rest you two. Youll need it to fight tonight." She said and hopped down and padded inside her den to sleep.

Luna went to the hunters den to sleep.

Phantom padded into the Frost pack camp and stretched she nodded to her Alpha and then padded to the warriors cave tk rest.

Blaze snarled at the she-wolf and then padded to the warriors' den, he circled into his bed of moss and then slowly drifted into a light sleep.

Sheba was offended by Blaze's attitude toward her, but shrugged it off as tiredness. She entered the warriors' den and laid her bed in a sunny patch. Sheba curled herself up, tail precariously placed around her body, she seemed almost vulnerable as a pup peacefully laying there in the sun.

Shadow padded back out. "Storm you to." She said and then went back inside her den.

"Surrender?" Blizzard asked, astonished by her leader's thought, but trying not to show it. "It will stop unnecessary fights, but how do we know they won't think we are to weak to fight? And once they think that we have lowered our guard, they might try to take our territory!" Blizzard was aware that she was being paranoid, but couldn't help it. They had never backed down before, we start now?

Maple dragged the elk into camp just in time to hear Icicle's words. He felt relieved, to say the least.

Icicle sighed. "I know Blizzard. But we dont really have much choice. Besides Shade pack hates the cold and we have less prey here. Also we have an advantage being in the snow and being sued to the cold." She said.

"Okay Icicle," Blizzard responded, trying to be as respectful as possible. She trusted her leader, and even if things didn't seem to make sense now, they eventually would. She padded to the prey pile and started eating part of the elk that Maple had caught.

Storm huffed and stepped into her den quietly. Today had been strange.

~Time skip~

Shadow stood on her leaders perch and howled. Signaling for hee pack to all gather beneath the rock. She waited for Storm to stand by her flank as she did so.

Luna quickly darted over to stand in front of the rock.

Icicle stood on the gathering rock and howled for her pack.

Sheba and Blaze arose, quickly padded beneath the rock; once there, they glanced up eager to begin.

Sheba's tail was twitching with the anticipation of battle, she could barely keep her paws still beneath her. Her muscles were trembling from having to be stifled to one place.

Blaze was stone cold, he stood as still as a statue, but on the inside he was bursting with excitement.

Shadow looked down ag her warriors and her sister and decided to wiat for every pack member before she started.

Storm stepped up next to her leader, her head held high. She howled, trying to rally the warriors before the battle. Pack spirit was everything in the heat of a fight.

Sheba returned the howl with her own high-pitched, powerful screech; she raised her head to the sky and released the howl from her narrow jaws.

Blaze stayed quiet, his eyes glowed his satisfaction and anticipation for the night. He exuded the clan spirit through his dark red pelt, ready to strike for his leader.

Shadow waited for scilence before continuing. "Alright be ready to move out in five minuets. Meet me at the camp entrance when your ready. Come along Storm. You and I will be leading this battle. We will crush Frost before the full moon." She said and leaped off the back of the gathering rock and waited at the entrance.

Icicle had a bad feeling something was going to happen. She howled for her pack once more and then waited.

Snowflake ran over and looked up at her leader.

Phantom padded over and sat next to Snowflake.

Luna followed her sister and positioned herself with the other warriors.

Blizzard ran out into her usual place as Beta at Icicle's call. She waited for the her Alpha to say something with a little worry, hearing the uneasiness in her leader's howl.

Maple walked into the center of camp, waiting for Icicle to make her announcement.
