Fawnsplash got up from her nest slowly, stretching each of her legs in turn before letting out a yawn. She hadn't been sleeping very well since Breezewhisker had left many moons ago and still not returned. Her heart ached and her mind was clouded with worry when she wasn't distracting herself with patrols or work around camp. She wanted to wail and cry and throw a fit, but she had to stay strong, or at least appear that way. He had promised to return and that was what kept her from leaving to find him.

Now she had woken from a fitful sleep, still exhausted, but since there was no chance at going back to sleep, she padded over towards the camp's entrance, tail tip twitching subconsciously. I'll just start a patrol..
