Built small and sleek it makes him easier to go unnoticed, strong but only when it comes to surprise or speed. He looks just like his dad.

Personality: Sly and cunning this cat is great at patching up relationships and suspicions. Splotch is prone to less than stellar decisions but almost always manages to get by one way or another. Splotch doesn't believe that his actions are wrong what-so ever, making him all the more devoted to doing things his way. He often uses his appearance to sway the impressionable, and if he gets mistaken for Smokepelt he wouldn't really care.
