The Tribe of Endless Skies have lived on the Tall Peaks for as long as they can remember, lead by Stoneteller after Stoneteller. Their lives have always been hard, scrapping by to survive and still failing. But recently they went through their harshest Leafbare yet. It was the sort of winter that had kit-mothers smother their kits to spare them of the pains of starvation, and elders choose not to eat so another younger member could. No one was left untouched.

Prey hunters would leave for their hunts, thin as a rail and come back with nothing. Some even perished on their hunts, their bodies never found. Cave guards were forced to hunt as well then, but they were never heard of again either.  

As the Tribe seemed to be on it's last legs, a voice called out to Stoneteller. The voice of their ancestors calling them back home.
