Ashstar leapt onto the Tallrock. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather underneath the Tallrock for a Clan meeting!" she yowled commandingly.

Echokit poked his head out from the nursery, confusion spreading over his features. A ceremony? Probably. He sat at the entrance to the nursery, with little to no idea that it was his own. His ear twitched curiously, but other than that he seemed completely nonchalant about the situation. Still, whoever's ceremony it was, he'd be excited for them

Ashstar nodded approvingly at the young kit. "Echokit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Echopaw. Your mentor will be... Raccoonfang. I hope she will pass down all she knows on to you."

The newly named Echopaw stared in surprise at his leader, before nodding quickly and approaching his new mentor. He nodded respectfully, before touching noses with her as per tradition
"I'm really looking forward to her training and I'm honored to be your apprentice" He meowed
