Blurrykit's Apprentice Ceremony

Crowstar called out to his clan. "Let all cats old enough to climb a tree gather here for a clan meeting!"

Blurrykit carefully stepped out into the clearing. His pelt was well groomed as he'd guessed today was the day for his apprentice ceramony. The tomcat cocked his head to look at Crowstar.

Cherrymist purred as she made her way outside besides her son, stopping to carefully groom down his reckless patches of fur. It was good to be back home. She nudged him gently forward before making her way to Rippedsky's side.

"It is time for a kit to become an apprentice. THe leader said. "Blurrykit from this moment on you will be known as Blurrypaw. Cloverleaf shall be your mentor." The leader jumped down ending the ceremony

Cloverleaf wasn't really paying attention to what Crowstar had been saying, she already knew it was a apprentice ceremony but she didn't expect to be picked as a mentor. Not yet anyway.. the tabby yawned as her ear twitched however when she had heard her own name being called she got startled. Glancing over at Blurrypaw the she-cat touched his nose. "Let's train hard and work together!" She purred.

Blurrypaw jolted slightly at Cloverleaf's touch, but he returned it all the same. He nodded as she spoke and flashed a smile at his mother, even if she wouldn't be able to see it. "Okay. Let's work together." meowed Blurrypaw
