The Sun Against The Moon

Ginger giggled despite everything. "Oh Flare. But we should really be worries about Hail. He was the one who got knocked out after all." She meowed looking over at him with a frown, concern evident in her eyes.

Obsidian sighed. "What we need to do is figure out a way to escape." He meowed.

Moon nodded. "I agree."

Hail nodded but rubbed his head with his paw.

Aspen snorted.

Flower let out a deperate mutter at Obsidian. "I... I looked... It's just as guarded as the caves, maybe more." she cried. She was curled up, her muzzle tucked into her paws and her eyes clenching together. Tears started to form in her eyes. 'No. Crying solves nothing! Tears wont get us out of here!' she thought, holding back tears. She got up. "We-we have to get out of here. Anyone have any ideas?" she mewed.

Moon's ears perked up and she heard pawsteps. "Shh!! Someone's coming!" She hissed.

Ginger shut her mouth instantly.

Obsidian stood in front of Moon.

Hail went to stand by Simba, as he was the second biggest of them.

Aspen narrowed her eyes as a guard came in a grabbed Raindrop, Tigger and her. She growled as they dragged them by the chains to the arena. Finally they pushed them out onto the sands of the arena floor and locked the entryway with a metal gate. Their chains were removed and a new one was locked into their paws and bolted to the arena floor in the middle. The chain was extremely long so that you could go around in the arena and fight. A second gate was opened and out came two coyotes. Their eyes fluttered with mischief and murder as they circled the three cats. "Raindrop! tigger! We have to fight and kill them!!" She growled. The coyotes snapped at her and she swiped her claws across its nose and its jumped back wire a yelp. Queen Zora came and sat on a balcony to watch.

OOC: Ok so you can decide whether or not your cats will die by coyote or something else in the arena or survive.

Raindrop hissed loudly at the coyotes, backing away
"Stay away! You won't be hurting anyone!" Her voice was hoarse, having kept silent for so long as she wasn't even sure what she could possibly say. Now, however, her anger had now had time to boil, to broth and stew, to build itself up to something powerful enough to break free. She lept at the nearest coyote, clawing at it's eyes and yowling. Queen Zora wanted a show? Fine, she'd give her one. She could feel blood in between her claws and she felt the thrill of success rush through her. Leaping off the now blinded coyote, she stumbled, but regained her footing
"Your time is up!"

River approached Hail with slight concern registering in her otherwise cold eyes

Ginger watched anxiously.

Obsidian unsheathed his claws and dug then into the floor.

Moon closed her eyes and turned away.

Hail smiled at River. "I'm fine."

Aspen growled and lept at the other coyote and clawed its snout again and then bit down on its leg until it snapped in two. With her jaws dripping with blood she tore into that broken leg aiming to rip it off. Once that was done the blood pooled and the coyote howled in pain.

Queen Zora narrowed her eyes and lashed her tail.

Flower saw Queen Zora's expression. 'She doesn't want a show, she wan't to see Apsen, Tigger, and Raindrop's blood everywhere. Why am I surprised?' she thought. She watched with a worried gaze at the fight.

As time went on the coyote refused to fight they just wanted to kill now They growled and snapped grabbing Raindrop by the leg and hi ting down before letting go.

Raindrop yowled, agonising pain clawing up her leg all the way to the base of her spine. She comllapsed to the floor, looking at her heavily bleeding leg with panic. Desperatey, she tried to stand up, but to no avail and simply fell once again. Hissing at the surrounding coyotes, she did her best to look threatening, but the fear in her eyes just showed the hopelessness she felt in her chst. She couldn't help, she was useless, and she was going to die that way
"Zora! Come fight us yourself! Are you a cat or a coward!" she knew her insults would do nothing, but if she was going down then she was going down kicking and scratching until her last breath, even if it was just with her words

River nodded, satisfied, and sat down next to him
"They're failing, we all know they are. Theoretically they shouldn't be, but if we told any of them this..." she stopped to think for a second, then laughed a little "Aspen would just snap 'watch me' " the thought of it made hope fill her chest, which was quickly crushed when Raindrop's agonised yowl made it's way to them. Suddenley fear blossomed where there had been a little sliver of happiness and she murmured "Or maybe we'll all be killed..."

"Raindrop!!" Aspen growled at the coyote and swiped her claw towards it but the evil creature danced away. She growled savagely and lunged when it least expected catching its throat in her fangs and ripping it out. All around the stadium cats gasped as Aspen pulled back spitting blood out of her mouth. She padded over to Raindrop as quickly as she could hissing at the other coyote who was now more cautious. She could feel Queen Zora's gaze burning holes into her back as she started to help her injured friend inspecting the wound. It was deep but she would live. "You'll live. Just ask Moonlight for something from her necklace, she'll know what you mean. We have to survive this first. Ill kill the second coyote to just hold on." She meowed concern flashing through her eyes. She turned around right as the coyote tried to snap at her and sliced her claws across its throat and it yelped leaped back but stumbling over the chains. Aspen launched herself onto it and sank her fangs in its throat ripping out its throat like its friend. The guards came and chained them back up and then Unchained them from the arena and led the three back to their cell with the kits.

Ginger ran over to Raindrop and looked at her wound.

Obsidian followed.

Hail glared down at the arena with disgust as the guards cleaned it up.

Moon ran over with a cry of relief and inspected the wound muttering about how deep it was.

Flower looked down at the arena as they cleaned it up. Her eyes were big and her tail trembled. "Someone tell me they won't put me in there. I don't ever want to go down there and get eaten alive by coyotes!" she mewled.

Aspen growled. "You wont have to, well escape before you do advantages she'd put you in there all together if she put any if you in at all. Moon heal Raindrop while I figure out something." The dark gray she cat meowed sitting down to think. She was once a soldier for Queen Zora's army so she knew what to do but which one.. Oh! That's it! She would pretend to have a interest in one of the guards and then take his keys but unfortunately that Tom had to die afterwards.

Moon nodded and reached into her necklace for the first aid kit. She treated Raindrop's wound and then wrapped it up in bandages.


Ginger, Obsidian, and Hail sat around thinking about what they could do to get out of here.

Raindrop watched, shock and also pride in her eyes as her friend saved her. Being taken back to the cells was painful, but Moonlight's treatment really did help
"Thank you, Aspen, for what you did back there" she did her best to smile through the pain, but it was broken off by a sharp wince. Giving Moonlight a nod of thanks, she did her best to get in a more comfortable position. there was a certain look in Aspen's eyes, so she knew that she must be planning something. She didn't say anything however, just smiled knowingly.

River looked at Raindrop's leg and felt anger rise up in her chest. Oh she was going to make Zora pay. One day, she would make the queen of blood drown in the very thing she ruled over. Taking a deep breath, she shouldn't think like that, she instead went over and gently nosed the other cat, concern in her eyes. She knew she'd be okay, but she wanted to show that she cared about her pain even if it was more rage than sadness

Flower blinked, hopeful that Aspen was right. She turned over and walked over to Raindrop. She looked at the wound, concern obvious in her eyes. She sat down. She glanced over at Aspen, noticing a look in her eyes that she couldn't read. She turned back to Raindrop.

Aspen waited u tail a young male guard came to give them their food. They flirted and then Aspen attacked and killed him before taking his keys and unlocking their chains and leading the way out if the Kingdom of Blood in the shadows so they wouldn't be seen she led the way in the thick forest of the Kingdom of the Moon. A little ways into the forest she found a large hollow underneath the roots of a massive oak tree with moss on the roots and some in the jollow. Making two large nests, one for the guardians and one for the kits. Aspen helped settle Raindrop into their nest and told the kits to get settled in theirs.

Ginger climbed into their nest to shaken up to argue.

Obsidian followed and settled down among Ginger.

Moon joined them.

Hail climbed into the nest.

IC: When Aspen and a guard falsely flirted, Flower thought Aspen really had an interest in one of them. She followed them through the shadows into the hollow and settled down in the kits' nest.
