Breezekit and her two siblings will be born in the future, when Cherrymist has her next litter and will be left in the clan territories one moon later so there's no rush but at the same time they would need to still be alive. It's preferable that they be having kits around the same time so Breezekit can have litter mates but not completely necessary. It also doesn't have to be two parents. If a male adopts her then he can tell her that her mother was either a rouge, from another clan(preferable), or that she died.
