The dusty grey she-cat entered the camp, her eyes clouded and her head bursting with mixed emotions. But she knew what she had to do ,even if it wasn't easy. Espeacially for a snivelling cat like her.

The events of past few hours buzzed around inside Driftpaw's head. Anger was searing through her as she thought about it and the she-cat knew that she had to tell Darkstar.

Sheepishly, the dusty grey cat entered the leaders den, the pelt along her spine prickling slightly. Darkstar would believe her, wouldn't she? Driftpaw shook her head to clear her mind of the dark thoughts that plagued her mind.

"D-D-Darkstar? I n-need to t-tell you something i-important. It's about E-Emberheat... And t-the p-patrol I was j-just on." She stuttered her tail sweeping the ground below.
