| Smokestripe froze when the kit asked if they had seen any battles against the other Clans. He blinked, his ears falling flat. He hated the idea of fighting another cat...He feared the day when he would have to but he tried to force a small smile instead. "No, I haven't fought another Clan either. | Russetkit didn't seem to notice Smokestripe's change in demeanor, but when the warrior mentioned a badger, shivers ran down his spine. The reddish-brown tom remembered back to when he, Badgerkit, and Spiderkit snuck out of camp and how Badgerkit tried to claim that he could control badgers. Russetkit had been convinced that Badgerkit was summoning the badgers to eat him. Since then, however, Russetkit has learned that Badgerkit can in fact not control badgers. But still, the whole thing had scared Russetkit beyond belief.
