Sandkit, Stonekit, and Cloudkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Darkstar clambered up onto her den, initially flinching from the cold rock when she touched it with her paws. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!"

Sandkit, Stonekit and Cloudkit padded over and sat down in front of the high rock.

Blacktwig walked over to the Highrock, looking at the honourable, soon-to-be-apprentices kits. Sandkit, Stonekit, and Cloudkit, were they? It was always a joy to see new apprentices in ThunderClan. He wondered if he would gain one of them, what, with Halfpaw soon becoming a warrior.

OOC: Please, act like if Blizzardshine was the one calling for a meeting.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock she decided to go on “Sandkit, Stonekit, Cloudkit, please, step forward”.

Sandkit Stonekit and CloudKit stepped forward

Blizzardshine smiled warmly at the younger cats “Sandkit, Stonekit, Cloudkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Sandpaw, Stonepaw and Cloudpaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for each apprentice “Your mentors will be Blacktwig, Bramblefrost and Lionspark, respectively. I hope they pass down all they know on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Blacktwig purred at the mention of his name. He walked up as he did when Halfpaw was apprenticed to him, looking at the newly-apprenticed Sandpaw with pride. "Hello," he meowed softly, touching his nose briefly to Sandpaw's own. Sharp, inhospitable winds sliced through Blacktwig's pelt, and he promised that he would be more inviting to this cat, who was barely more than a kit. He smiled at Sandpaw, promising that he would be a good mentor.

Sandpaw wrinkled his nose when it touched his mentors. He was not a fan of physical contact. "Hi." He meowed curtly. The red tom turned to Cloudpaw and smiled and then proceeded to pad away from the crowd of cats.

Stonepaw smiled and touched noses to Bramblefrost.

Cloudpaw smiled shyly at Lionspark and touched noses.

IC: Lionspark blinked in surprised when she was named the mentor of Cloudpaw. An apprentice? So soon? She was shocked, but did guess that Bramblefrost hadn't been a warrior long either when she was named his apprentice. She stood up from where she sat as the young she-cat moved over to her and they touched noises. Her eyes glimmered as she smiled softly. "I'll do my best to make you a great warrior." Though the corner of her vision, she caught Stonepaw touching noises with Bramblefrost. She shook her head - that poor apprentice didn't know what he was getting into.
