Getting to Know You ((For Shadowseer))

Cloudpaw's eyes gleamed with amusement at the little purr Redpaw gave, a glimmer of affection creeping through the usually murky cloud that seemed to surround his emotions. He watched as she rose to her paws and stretched, and the look she gave him made his chest tighten slightly while his belly felt odd. Quickly giving himself a shake, Cloudpaw rose to his paws as well; stretching each leg as well, ignoring the prickling sensation that barged his legs and paws. "I'll definitely be sore in the morning," He realized with a slight grimace, but pushed away the dismayed feelings, and hurriedly padded after the russet-furred she-cat, suddenly realized how exhausted he was. "I could sleep for a moon." He agreed with a faint purr in his throat, brushing past Redpaw as he headed into the den, the shadows drenching the camp clearing eerily, the only real light coming from the stars that glittered faintly above the camp.
