Willowwhisker was excited to have kits already becoming apprentices, and she was even more excited to have more kits on the way. Without a second thought, Willowwhisker got up and went outside to stretch her legs. Being stuck in the nursery was no fun at all, and she wanted to get out. She sat right outside the nursery, watching the sun rise. She had gotten up pretty early as it is hard to sleep with such a swollen belly, but she had gotten used to it. Suddenly, a strong pain hit her side, rippling throughout her whole body. She knew what was happening. Staggering into the nursery, Willowwhisker fell to the ground a tail length away from the entrance. Rolling onto her side, she called out for her mate, and hoping for the medicine cat to hear as well."Thistlefall!!!" With that, she stared blankly, pain stricken on her face, awaiting Thistlefall to comfort her throughout the painful process.

Thsitlefall had just returned from a solo patrol from earlier that morning when he heard his mate's cries, already? He thought, but took off over the camp clearing, heading straight toward the nursery.

"Willowwhisker!" He mewed, worry flashing through his eyes. He had been through this once before, yet the worry from the first time returned without hesitation.

Beetlepaw fled to the nursery, carrying his herbs in a random maner. He dropped them by the queen, giving her a stick to hold on to. He nodded in greeting to Thistlefall, continuing to focus over Willowwhisker. "Push, Willowwhisker!" he instructed, mostly everything he knew about what to do then. He just had to hope everything will work out fine.

Greatfully biting the stick, Willowwhisker pushed as she was instructed. Before she knew it, a white and black striped cat was laying beside her. Guiding him over, she felt another large pain, and her insticts told her to push yet again. She opened her eyes, seeing another beautiful dark red kit, right beside the other. Pushing once more, Willowwhisker saw 3 kits in a perfect row, her kits."Silent-k-kit... creek-kit... Blackit." Licking her newborns between the ears, she looked up to thistlefall with a crooked smile, a small pain still tugging at her belly.

Beetlepaw purred as the kits came out successfully, and he smiled at Thistlefall. He could only think of how much joy the warrior must be feeling right now. "Don't forget to keep them warm. I will be bringing you some herbs fkr strenght." Beetlepaw purred as he left the njrsery with one last smile to the kits, his eyes bright.

Blackkit felt something warm run over his head. He mewed and tried to swat at the source of it, failing of course since his legs were so short. Instinct came over him, as he suddenly felt the hunger in his stomach, and he wriggled towards the source of warmth. He pawed at the soft belly of his mother, trying to find milk.

Silentkit pawed at his brothers on either side of him, unable to open his eyes. He felt something touching his scruff, and he pawed at that as well. Being quite an adventurous kit already, he tried to wiggle away from his mother but failed as something pulled him back. Discouraged, he began to suckle from his mother's belly.

Willowwhisker smiled down at her kits, surprised to have all toms once again."They will all grow up to be great warriors." As one of the kits began to slowly crawl away, she pulled silentkit by the scruff back to his place by her side.

Once he was satiated, Blackkit curled up next to the stomach of Willowwhisker. Her milk flooded his tiny, naked body with warmth and he purred in content. Nothing mattered to him other than milk and his mother.
