"Me!" Acornkit squeal, pouncing on her brother from behind a bush, sending snow and debris flying madly around her. The ruckus caused was enough to be heard from WindClan, but the little kit had no thought for the dangers that lurked outside of camp. She'd spotted her littermate sneaking out and had decided to follow him quietly, using her lighter coloured pelt to help hide her as she trailed behind him. She was so proud that he hadn't noticed her, her little dagger-like teeth gleaming as she sat on top of him.
"Betcha didn't spot me. I'm clearly going to be the better warrior." The cream tabby joked, nuzzling her brother as she spoke, not noticing the foul stench that was creeping slower. She was more focused to messing around.

Up in the trees, the deputy cursed up a storm in her mind as she watched Shallowkit stumble upon the Beech Copse. The silver tabby knew it was in a kits nature to want to wander, but the timing couldn't be more awful. Bracing herself, she got ready to leap down and scoop up the kit when a loud rustling had her nearly fall off the branch in surprise. Lucky for Shallowkit, it wasn't the fox, just his foolish littermate that had joined him on this silly adventure.
Ivyfall was going to give the kits a tongue lashing when she got them back to camp.
Rebalancing herself, she got ready to jump down and tear her grandkits a new one, when she heard the crunch of snow nearby. It was too heavy to be a cat, with how light they were, they generally managed to stay on the topmost layers. This was the step of a fox, and it was nearing the kits.
"Get down!" Ivyfall yowled as she sprang from the tree branch without a second of hesitation. The fall had her landing awkwardly on an angle that threw out one of her forepaws, but the snow helped brace her. "Get under me, the both of you!"

The fox finally showed itself. It was a vixen, thin looking and with teats that hung low, showing that she was nursery her own kits. There was a look of desperation in her eyes as she gazed upon the kits. She knew that if she could just get her jaws around one, they would be an easy meal that would help her through Leafbare. She just had to chase away the older cat. She didn't smell like their mother, so the vixen figured she had a decent chance of scaring her away.
ooc;; if grey shows, she can quick post and pretend she was hiding somewhere and dash under ivyfall
