When Soot Whispers to the Water [Closed]

Sootwhisper walked towards a calm part of RiverClan’s territory with his newest apprentice at his side after he had taken her out of camp earlier that morning, silent as always and focusing on what he was going to teach him. After the fight against WindClan it was obvious that he needed to teach Waterpaw how to fight and defend herself if WindClan ever tried to attack them again…and in case those fox hearted cats crossed paths with her at the border.

His mismatching eyes landed on the younger cat as soon as they reached his chosen training spot “Are you ready?”.

IC: Waterpaw looked up at her mentor. Ready to learn about how to be a warrior. She knew about the battle with WindClan, she didn't want those fox-hearted cats in their territory anytime soon.

“This is your first time on battle training, right?” Sootwhisper's words sounded more like an affirmation than a question as he turned around to face his apprentice “If there is anything you already know, show it to me, if not just say and we’ll start from scratch” He then focused on Waterpaw, awaiting for a reply in the form of words or actions. This wasn’t his first time training an apprentice, so he knew what he was supposed to do and how to do it.
