Half Past Death - CLOSED

Halfdawn's amber eyes were glittering as she stared at the little brown mouse that was about a fox-length away. It was completely oblivious to the fact that the warrior was stalking it. The tortoiseshell crept forwards, pawsteps silent and swift, before pausing a moment. The mouse seemed to have smelled her.
Ugh! What a rookie mistake! Halfdawn thought, as the mouse took off. The warrior tried chasing after it, but it was all in vain, the mouse was too quick. She sprang through a bush, after the little creature. However, the mouse that she had been chasing was...dead. The kill had not been made by Halfdawn, it had been made by the terrifying adder that had slinked out of it's hiding spot. The tortoiseshell blinked, not reacting in time. The snake attacked. It's long fangs sank into her neck, it's poison draining into her, and then letting go.
It then slipped away without a care, leaving the dead ThunderClan cat there. The rank scent of blood was coming from the wound that was now on Halfdawn's neck, and the crimson colored liquid was now gushing out of it.
