A Happy Day [[Open to Fawnsplash's Family]]

Eaglepaw stalked into the nursery and dropped a freshly caught mouse at his mom's paws. He dug his claws into the ground, a little annoyed by how crowed the nursery.
"What's going on in here?" He cocked his head at all of his siblings.

Fawnsplash nodded to Sparrowkit, "That's good darling." She purred. She looked up as another one of her kits joined them in the crowded nursery and dropped a mouse at her paws. "Thanks Eaglepaw." She meowed thankfully before taking a bite. "Just having a little get together I guess." She laughed softly, eyes shining with amusement at her sons semi-annoyed behavior.

He let out a sigh as he looked around the nursery, "Don't you ever feel too crowded in here?". Between kits, queens and visitors, there was never any paw room. Eaglepaw couldn't believe not too long ago he had been condemned here. Now, he was close to becoming a warrior. The usually tough tom softed at his mother's voice. Both his mother and his mentor held a special place in his heart, even though he would never admit to either. He gave her ear a swift lick before sitting back almost embarassed. For a tom on the path to becoming such a vicious warrior, at his core there was some tenderness.
