| Was it really such a a good idea to be this close to the Twolegplace at night? Even on her nightly walks, Mosswing had never been this close, her fur brushing the wooden fence after dark. Though she knew the ThunderClan territory like the back of her paw, what was behind the fence was mostly a mystery to her. She knew there were twolegs, monsters, thuderpaths, and vicious rouges. She knew it was dangerous. And yet, the danger was what called her most to it. She wasn't sure why. Maybe it was just her thrill-seeking nature, or her childlike tendencies. Maybe, just maybe, she could have a look.
Instictively, Mosswing leaped up and over the fence. Her eyes glimmered as she landed. Sure, it was putrid, and the sound of warring rouges could be heard from not far off, but it was interesting. Trying to ignore the smell, she relished every moment of it. The warrior padded through the dark alleyways, taking note of the surroundings. It was beyond her how anyone could live in such a rough place, but she supposed she shouldn't judge. Maybe these rouges had adapted to their surroundings.
Suddenly, a bright light appeared behind her. Mosswing spun around, claws unsheathed, back arched. A twoleg! She slowly backed up, only to find out there was a brick wall behind her. No other place to go now. Suddenly, something stringy and wide was thrown over the she-cat - a net. Mosswing batted furiously at it to no avail, and soon, the Twoleg had scooped her up and carried her to a van.
Goodbye. Pinewhisker, Sheepnose, Blacktwig, oh Blacktwig - and Twistedkit, wherever you might be. I'll miss you.

| Sleekpaw strolled through the forest silently, it was a chilly night but he didn't mind, he also liked the dark. Now that he was an apprentice, he had freedom to roam the ThunderClan territory. Suddenly a yowl came from the fences behind him. The surprised apprentice turned around as he raced towards the sound, it was someone from Thunderclan! He leapt over the fences just in time to see a monster heading away, with Mosswing? No, Come back! His legs chased after the monster but couldn't keep up. |
