Might makes right? (Open training for mentors/apprentices)

Freckleface waited in the middle of camp for her apprentice, Nutpaw. She was glad that Thrushstar and Leopardfang had returned, but it seemed a little strange to be back to normal. The time under the Dark Forest's reign just seemed like a nightmare, but the deaths each Clan had suffered were too real. It didn't seem right to be training, but Clan life had to go on.

Nutpaw woke up from yet another hunting dream. Hopefully she'd end up making her dreams a reality. She padded out of the apprentices den with a skip in her step, smiling brightly when she spotted her mentor.
"Hi, Freckleface!" She greeted the warrior happily yet politely, "I'm ready to go out and train!"

Falconpaw jumped up at hearing words about a patrol, and he went to join the two cats, his face cold towards Nutpaw, a bit sarcastic if you looked close, and resonable towards the warrior, Freckleface. "I'll be coming, too." he stated without hesitation.

Adderpaw stepped out of the shadows, seeming to appear out of nowhere. "I'll come," he purred softly. His long, black fur was great for concealing himself in darkness. Because of it, he was very stealthy.

Freckleface smiled at Nutpaw and the other two apprentices. "Are any of your mentors coming?" she asked kindly, eyeing the warriors' den. The sun had risen a few minutes ago, and the golden rays of warmth were capping the pine trees around camp. The warriors, mentors especially, should be up by now. Greenleaf was ending, so the air held a slight chill, but the pine needles remained green. The fresh-kill pile was reasonably diminished, a reason why Leopardfang had orgaznized this early dawn patrol. And hopefully there would be time for battle training later on, if other warriors showed.
