A Lake full of- FISH! [OPEN]

Lakekit poked his silver and gray head out of the nursery. He squinted his eyes as the light from the sun over-head blinded him. The kit reached a paw out carefully and placed it down on the ground outside. It was smooth and soft. Lakekit placed another paw outside and soon his whole body was out. The sun soaked into his fur and he found it quite refreshing after being stuck in the stuffy nursery for his whole life so far. Lakekit inhaled sharply, fresh air filling his lungs. It was so beautiful!
"Wow! It's so amazing!" Lakekit squeaked breathlessly. His voice was quiet but audible enough.

"It sure is!" A cinnamon colored swirled tabby with pale light green eyes padded over. You could easily think she was a warrior but no this fully grown cat was an apprentice and quite older than most of her many siblings because she had just returned from being an independent medicine cat to a rouge medicine cat a few moons ago.

Lakekit turned around and saw the cat. He blinked in surprise and smiled.
"Do you like the outside, too?" Lakekit asked. He stared at her with wide blue eyes.

Goldpaw nodded. "Yes I do It's quite beautiful. Even more so by the river." The tabby meowed.

"I want to see the sky by the river..." Lakekit frowned, knowing that he wouldn't be able to go outside of the camp. Everyone had told him that.

Goldpaw smiled. "Don't worry young one. You'll see it eventually." The she cat smiled a closed eye smile anime style.

"I'm Lakekit, by the way," he introduced.

"I'm Goldpaw. Nice to meet you Lakekit!" She meowed flicking her thin tail.
