| Coldkit gave a soft mew when she was named. Warm bodies wriggled near her, whom she felt sincere adoration.
But the only one of her kin she truly loved, was her mother. She felt the soft licks of her mother, and suckled along with Redkit, Hickorykit, Ashkit, and Rosekit. |
