Newt snuck through ThunderClan territory, he was holding a mouse in his jaws and was searching for more prey, he would feed the Arcane, he was a warrior of the group and it was time for him to prove himself.

Scorchfrost had to admit that he didn't mean to run into a rogue. He didn't want to fight him. But in order to stay in the clan, he had to prove that he was loyal to the Dark Forest. He had to pretend, buy time, and hope the exiled cats would return. He growled at the tom, stalking forward. "You shouldn't be here."

Newt scented the cat "Neither should you, ThunderClan cat" he hissed "You think you can fight me?" he challenged.

He desperately wanted to say no, but he could take no chances. "Well, I shouldn't take my chances..." The tom turned his back, starting to saunter away... 

Scorchfrost twisted around, bounding into Newt's chest and flipping him, pinning a clawed paw to his throat. "Do you know what we do to trespassers?" he hissed. His other claws slid down Newt's flank threateningly, drawing pinpricks of blood.

Newt growled "Well you've asked!" he hissed, unsheathing his claws "But I'll give you one more chance to see who your messing with!"

Scorchfrost had to keep up the act. He never thought he'd be forced to kill again... But here we was. He shook his head, lunging forward and sinking his teeth into Newt's neck, throwing up his head to lift Newt a little off the ground. He dropped the tom, turning away so he didn't have to look. He quickly ran, not looking back.

Newt felt as if he were choked, he dropped to the ground soon, his eye vison dull, he curled his tail around himself, then, trying to clean himself. He soon felt as if he were fading, he left the world of the Clans and rouges and slowly was dead.
