Theories/Headcanons For The DF Plot

Yeah, so, some of us were talking on the Cbox and so we decided to make a theory/headcanon page for everyone to share their theories for after/during the Gathering!

You can share theories about your characters, or about your Clan, or anything. What you think is gonna happen. And then we can discuss it more in the Cbox.

If the DF wins the battle Vixenpaw will snap under pressure, turn evil, and go on a killing rampage.

Wishpaw will run off and become a rogue and join the Arcane Alignment if the DF wins.

I don't know about Frostedpaw and Seedpaw yet,

And Morningkit will do whatever her family decides to do.

If StC wins, I have no clue what they'll do

Either Crowstar's gonna turn good and kill Morningstar at the last moment, or StarClan will somehow return in everyone's hour of need. And there's gonna be death. Lots of death.

After this battle, the rebellious forest cats are getting their furry tails whooped. There's no way in hell (I can say that, right?) they won't get punished. It'll be something really devious or strict, my guess is harsh food rationing or something. 

As for my characters:

Scorchfrost has a lot on his mind right now. He has kits and a mate back at the barn, his good friend Gentlenose (who he considers family, which in turn makes him see Sedgepaw and Blizzardpaw as his loved ones as well) is struggling... What's funny is that since leaving the Dark Forest, he has not doubted himself or strayed away from righteousness. He's getting killed inside over and over: Darkfrost will never forgive him, Cinnamonpaw is a power hungry devil worshiper, his mom is dead, and his dad sucks. He's so resilient despite his struggles and you know what? Scorchfrost is my main for a reason. I love him to bits and I hope to fill my elder slot with his grumpy butt one day. //endscorchfrostrant

Ferretshine is probably gonna lose her mind at some point (not actually, just have a brief mental breakdown). She's a tough cookie though, it takes a lot more than her mom and sister dying, her entire family betraying StarClan, and a huge scar to rattle her. She's gonna try to stay optimistic.

Goosestorm is scared confused and wants to go home, as usual. The end.

Side note: This all brings up an interesting point. 99% of our characters would be really screwed up in the head if they were real humans in the real world. Think about this: You're a war veteran who's lost both a mother and a sister, you have a facial deformity, and your family has disowned you. You'd probably have some major psychological issues going on. But not for our characters! Give them like 2 mourning depression threads and they're right back up there (except for some). 

Moonpaw:

She’ll be in quite a dilemma, regardless of the outcome of the battle. She idolizes Crowstar, Antdrop and Tinypaw…geez, she has them in a gold pedestal!!! They are her heroes, role models, and all that stuff. If DF wins and Crowstar returns to SkyClan to turn the clan “Strong” with the DF’s help, she’ll probably join them and follow Crowstar’s instructions, but if Antdrop and Tinypaw decide to fight against Crowstar she will enter in a desperate state, since she’ll have no idea of who she should follow anymore. If StarClan wins and the clan decides to punish Crowstar, she’ll immediately jump and try to defend him, she will acknowledge that he took the wrong path but would do anything in her paws to avoid having the clan hating him for his mistakes, then again, it depends a lot on Antdrop’s and Tinypaw’s reaction to her decision to defend him on how this will end.


Blizzardpaw:

After her chat with Sunwhisker she turned into a bit of a neutral cat between the DF and StarClan. She now thinks that maybe some cats on the Dark Forest aren’t the terrible monsters that the stories always talk about and probably deserve a second chance, and though she won’t join them (Points at One-eye as the responsible for that…) she will do her best to avoid fighting them as well. She still thinks that maybe the living cats still can be saved, that their clan just need to lend them a paw, and she’s willing to convince the rest of the cats that this is the best option. If any of her clanmates to be exiled as the outcome of the battle she’ll be in quite a dilemma, since she won’t want to leave them go and probably will do the best she can to convince the clan to allow them to come back.


Owlkit (Or Owlpaw if his apprentice ceremony is finished before the outcome of the battle):

His dream is to become the greatest and most respected warrior of the forest, and maybe even a leader someday. If StarClan wins he’ll keep walking the same path. If DF wins and they take over ShadowClan, some nice words and promises of him surely achieving his dreams would probably tempt him, and if told in the right way and moment, may even convince him to join them.


Nightpaw:

Nightpaw will be heavily influenced by her parents, and consequently she’ll fight for StarClan regardless of the outcome of the battle. However, Saltpelt is her mentor now, and I’m not sure if this will have some influence in her decisions if her mentor manages to say the right things at the right time.

If Dark Forest wins:

Swiftpaw: She stays determined since her clanmates are loyal to StarClan, most.

Night: He gets stuck in the middle of DF and StC. He turns to be like Blizzardpaw.

Snowstorm: She has an emotional breakdown. She loses trust of pretty much all her clanmates. All her friends as a kit and an apprentice turned against her. She might go missing, or leave SkyClan, or just stay away from everyone.

Oceanlight: She gets a bit uneasy putting the last pieces in their place, from the battle to her name being given by a dead rogue.

Snakepaw: He stays a Snakepaw.

If StarClan somehow wins.

Pretty much the same.

I even have a theory about how the entire plot ends.

StarClan sends some sign to all who didn't join them. Dark Forest figures out and sends a sign to those who joined. The sign means to go to fourtrees on the night of the new moon. When everyone does, they fall asleep like at the moonstone, and wake up with StarClan, near the forest sky. And finally, StarClan with their followers, and the Dark Forest with theirs, battle in the sky in one final battle.

Gentlenose is going to find out about Jayflight being a murdering Dark Forest loyalist, and she's going to have a mental break down, telling Jayflight that she never wants to see him again. Then she's going to have another litter right after that happens. My poor baby's life will be so stressful ;-; After that, she's going to kind of loose her way in life, and will need someone to cheer her up again. I have no idea who that will be, we'll see when we get there.

Rippleshadow is going to die honorably.

Mistcloud is going to get killed in a very dramatic thread by the cat she cares most about, her own brother.

Fawnpaw... I don't know where she's going. She's part of the Starclan mission, so... We'll just have to see where that goes.

Marigoldpaw has no current plot either. I was thinking she might do what her sister did and run away. Clan life is too stressful for her right now... ;-;
