Frostedkit sat outside of the nursery, her black, white, and gray tail swishing across the ground back and forth, spraying tiny puffs of dust up into the air. She glanced up at the clouds, the white puffy clouds.
That one looks like a cat...and that one looks like a badger... She said, looking at two peculiar looking clouds.
And that one looks like a cat fighting a badger! She said as those two clouds slowly collided with each other.
Frostedkit had always liked the sky. In the morning there was a sunrise with dozens of brilliant colors that welcomed the day. In the afternoon there were white clouds that made shapes and dotted the sky likes globs of white paint on a blue canvas. Towards the evening the dozens of dazzling colors returned to bid the cats goodnight, and finally, at night, the stars and the moon came out to provide the cats with some light. She was always dazzled by the stars. She had only heard of StarClan once, by her NPC father, who had died before she was born. Other than that she didn't really know what it meant. One question that Frostedkit had always wondered was, where did all of the dead cats go? Do they all have prey parties under the ground? Do they turn into white puffy clouds? Or do they just...disappear? She wanted to find that out for herself. Well, not literally for herself, that would mean that she'd have to die and experience it, and Frostedkit wanted to live to be a grumpy elder who told amazing stories to the kits. She continued to stare at the clouds, pondering over her thoughts.
