Her heart raced as the speed picked up, hoping to get her claws on that rabbit. It was plump and quite large, and how it moved so fast she didn't know. Her legs moved faster and faster as her velocity increased, and she soon found herself passing the Falls. Uh-oh, I'm out of territory. Hey, well, no other clans eat rabbits anyway, right? They'll be glad I brought home such good prey! Soon, her claws reached the rabbit, and she skidded to a halt.
In the moment, she didn't realize her legs slipped over the edge. As soon as she sunk her teeth into the rabbit, she felt herself slipping, and she dug her claws into the ground in an attempt to pull herself up. Damn, why'd she have to go so far away from the territory? She dug her claws in further, but gravity was not a force to be trifled with, and she was fighting against it. It won the fight and the rabbit fell from her mouth as she yowled. It wasn't a far drop, only about two fox-lengths. But she was scared, and it felt like a long drop. The cold water lapped at her fur as she sunk in, the water rapids drawing her further and further from land as her head sunk under. She didn't know where she was going, and it was terrifying.
