If you want to upload a picture, you have to post the picture on another website (Like I use tumblr). When on this other website, you right click the photo and select the option 'open photo in different tab'. Then you open that tab a highlight the URL at the top of your screen. Then Ctrl+C to copy. You come back to this tab, and click on the little photo icon in the reply box. It will show a box above that says URL. In this box you Ctrl+v to paste. You click insert and done! you can click on preview and see your photo.
