Foxkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Sablefur leapt onto the Tallrock. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, join here beneath the Tallrock for a Clan meeting!"

Dovepaw padded out of the apprentice den, her eyes shining like stars. Maybe there would be a new apprentice today!! She sat near the front, hoping to catch a glimpse of an excited kit.

OOC: I haven't sent a PM but I am assuming this is for me because his ceremony is due today and well he is Foxkit of Windclan :P Kes (Kestrelstorm) wanted to have me as an apprentice btw if thats okay

Foxkit walked under the Tallrock and let out a purr as he looked up at Sablefur, soon to be Sablestar.

Kestrelstorm strode out of the shadows. He narrowed his eyes, glancing up to the rock. Was this the deputy ceremony? He hoped so. However, he glanced to the side and saw Foxkit trot up to the rock. His heart burst with affection. This must be Foxkit's apprentice ceremony!

ic: "Tonight we gather to make this kit an apprentice," Sablefur began. "Foxkit, from tonight until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Foxpaw. Your mentor will be Kestrelstorm. May he teach you everything he knows." Sablefur hopped down from the Tallrock and joined in the chanting.

"Thank you!" Foxpaw yelled as he went to greet Kestrelstorm, "I am so glad you're my mentor!" He purred, touching noses with the noble warrior, he had looked up to him since they first met and now that he would be training Foxpaw the admiration just increased.

Kestrelstorm felt a burst of pride. The young kit whom he had seen himself in was now his to train and shape into WindClan's pride. He touched noses to his new apprentice, silently promising to never let him down.
