Wildpaw's Warrior Ceremony

"Let all the cats old enough to capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!" Thrushstar yowled.

Wildpaw made his way to the Jaggedrock and sat down. He had groomed his fur neatly and his eyes glinted with delight. This was his big day, he was becoming a Warrior.

"Tonight we gather to make this apprentice a warrior. Wildpaw, please step forward." Thrushstar said, looking down at the apprentice.

Wildpaw moved forward and stopped in front of Thrushstar. His dark fur raised with excitement but he forced it back down.

Watching him closely, Thrushstar continued. "Wildpaw, do you promise to serve and protect this clan as well as uphold the warrior code, even at the cost of your own life?"

Wildpaw looked at Thrushstar with confident yellow eyes.
"I do," Wildpaw said.

"Then by the powers of Starclan, I grant you your warrior name. Wildpaw, from now on you will be known as Wildfang. We welcome you was a full warrior of Shadowclan." With that, Thrushstar leaped down to let the clan celebrate.
