Some Regular Old Kit Fun

Poppykit rushed around the nursery, most likely bumping into every kit and queen possible. The little she-cat, seeing an unsuspecting kit sleeping soundly, decided to pounce and start some fun. "Wanna play mossball?" the she-kit mewed.

Wildkit woke up with a start as the she-cat jumped on him. "Yeah I wanna play mossball!" he replied excitedly.

The tortoiseshell purred at Wildkit and ran to grab one of the mossballs in the corner of the nursery. "Sorry Snowstorm! We'll play outside!" Poppykit apologized, the mossball hooked onto her claws. Grabbing it in her small but sharp teeth, the kid led the way outside into the white snow. "C'mon Wildkit!" Thankfully the sun shone through the dark clouds circling the sky, so she needn't worry about freezing her paws off.

Wildkit bumbled out of the nursery after Poppykit after mumbling an apology to Snowstorm. "You ready to play?" he asked.

"Of course!" she mewed with excitement. The little kit, not knowing her own strength, chucked the ball at Wildkit's face. Only when it came in contact with a rather harsh smack! did she realize how much it must hurt. "Oh, Wildkit! I-I'm so sorry!" Poppykit spoke through loud chuckles.

The tom didn't see the mossball coming so fast and it hit him in the face, knocking him backwards. "Hey that hurt!" he said, getting up, trying to suppress laughter. He ran over to her and tackled her, beginning a play fight. "Take that!" he said, bumping her on the head lightly.

The fluffy kit laughed rather loudly, not even trying to hide her amusement. Though she knew it was wrong to laugh so openly at pain, the situation itself was very humorous. Too occupied in a laughing spout, she didn't notice the grey tom come charging at her. She yelped slightly when he bowled into her, sending the pair rolling towards the center of the camp. Poppykit giggled as his paw came in contact with her head. "I'm stronger than I look!" she growled playfully, rolling Wildkit onto his back and holding him there. "See?"

Wildkit grunted. "Gerroff me you lump!" he said, laughing.

Poppykit smiled and jumped off the tom. She puffed out her chest proudly, and held her head high. "I, Poppystar of SkyClan, daughter of Breezestar, have defeated this most excellent foe," she mewed, placing a paw on Wildkit's belly and standing triumphantly. "What say you, WindClan heathen?"

"I say, as Wildstar, leader of WindClan, that you are a giant furball!" he replied, trying to shove the she-cat off.

OOC: Mind if Swiftpaw joins in the play fight? She wont attack.

IC:Swiftpaw ran in front of Wildkit. "I, Swiftstar, leader of ThunderClan, will not allow any harm to Wildstar!" she couldn't help but laugh.

It seemed Wildkit had a knack for attacking the unsuspecting she-kit. Poppykit, in the middle of her boasting, was knocked off her paws once again, falling unceremoniously on her side. Snow scattered around the pair, and the tortoiseshell kit huffed at her playmate. Rising back onto her paws, she flopped down on the tom, giving him a cheeky smile and staring him down with bright hazel eyes. "Your move, Wildstar," Poppykit teased, her tail swishing back in forth.

Her eyes trailed up Swiftpaw's legs, resting on her face. "Swiftstar! I knew I couldn't trust you in the end!" she mewed dramatically.
