The Wild Russet [CLOSED]

Wildpaw walked into camp with an odd gleam to his yellow eyes. His dark brown fur shining darkly in the sun. Wildpaw looked around for someone when he heard paws behind him. He turned around, wondering who it could be.

Russetkit had been bored all day, finally finding another cat to play with he had decided to play a game. stalk the cat in front of him, simple yet fun.

Wildpaw's ears pricked and he crouched down. He realized who it was. Wildpaw smiled and thought it'd be fun to play. Flipping his head up he purred.
"What a WONDERFUL day to... play," Wildpaw huffed with a sarcastic voice, glancing backwards with only his eyes to see the shadow of Russetkit.

Russetkit grinned, he had him! The kit began to creep up on wildpaws fluffy tail, wriggling his rear getting ready to pounce.

Wildpaw anticipated Russetkit and he swung around and bat the lit on he head.
"Gotcha! Bet you can't get me!" Wildpaw laughed as he scampered away.

Russetkit let out a dissapointed new as the older cat batted him. The little kit grinned and sprinted forwards, pursueing wildpaw

Wildpaw smirked as he lost a bit of speed to let Russetkit catch up. He looked behind him and he stopped.
"Have mercy!" Wildpaw yelped playfully as he rolled over and raised his paws in surrender.

"Never!" Russetkit jeered and pounced onto wildpaws soft belly, playfully batting at His fur

Wildpaw laughed as he cried for mercy with a playful voice.
"You've got me! I've been pinned by the greatest warrior of Shadowclan and I stand no chance!" Wildpaw cried happily.

Russetkit grinned, "that's right! I'm the best and you're the worst!!" He playfully taunted while puffing out his chest in victory.

Wildpaw purred and he squirmed out of Russetkit's grip.
"So when do you think you'll be an apprentice?" Wildpaw asked.

Russetkit slumed onto the ground. "Well. I'm already close to the end of 5 moons, I heard some of the older kits talking about how you have to be 6 moons to start training." He looked up at wildpaw, "so I assume soon?" He questioned the tom, his mind swirling with all this new information he had gathered in the day he had arrived.

Wildpaw grinned.
"Six moons is right. You sure look old enough to be an apprentice soon," Wildpaw commented. And strong enough, Wildpaw mused.

"Oh, really!?" Russetkit gave a little hop of excitement, he was right after all

"Of course! And when you become an apprentice, we can train together! Sounds exciteing!" Wildpaw exclaimed genuinely.
