The Lonely Raven (open to any SC cats)

Ravenkit couldn't remember much about her mother but she knew she had one but she also remember a sister but now she was gone too. Ravenkit felt a bit alone at the moment as She thought about it. She flicked her tiny black tail and sat outside the nursery. She looked around with blue eyes. Though soon enough she heard pawsteps.

Mudpaw sat down by the lonesome kit. "You feeling down today?" He said softly.

Ravenkit blinked and looked up at Mudpaw"yeah....I am..."She mewed quietly her blue gaze looking to the apprentice.

"Well, it's okay to be lonely sometimes. I've learned so much from when I've been alone." He said with a kind smile, shifting his gaze to the sky. The tom gave a relaxed sigh.

"Really...ok " Ravenkit mewed then she gave a smiled " I'm Ravenkit by the way " She mewed smiling a bit now.

"See, being sad isn't nearly as fun as being happy." Mudpaw said with a purr at the end. "Hey, I'm going to be a warrior soon, maybe I can take you on a patrol, even if you're not my apprentice?" He said excitedly.

Ravenkit blinked then smiled in excitement "really that sounds great!"

"Oh, I'm Mudpaw." He said, forgetting that she told him her name. "Maybe even now we can scrounge up some frogs or mice that might be around camp? Here, follow me." The tom said standing up and walking over to a log. Mudpaw held up his tail to stop Ravenkit from going any further. "I'm going to lift up the log and you try to catch anything that might be under it, okay? But be really fast, so they don't scurry away." He whispered, creeping up to the log. Mudpaw was aware that a snake could be under the log, but doubted it because it was Leafbare, and snakes knew better than to hide under logs. The handsome tom put his front paws on the log. "1...2...3!" he said quietly but then yelled 3 and lifter the log. Almost at once, from where he was able to see, he saw a few small bugs scatter around and hoped Ravenkit saw something bigger that he didn't.

Ravenkit nodded and followed. The small kit waited quietly as he counted and at three she took notice of the bugs but then she noticed something try to get away and with a ounce,even though not a very good pounce she landed on top of the thing and held it down smiling some before dragging it out.

Mudpaw dropped the log, making a thud sound. "Wow! Nice catch! I knew you could do it!" He meowed, looking at the scrawny mouse.

Ravenkit blinked and smiled happily holding down the now limp scrawny mouse you did?"She asked smiling some.

"Yes, of course. Why wouldn't you be able to catch the mouse?" He asked sitting down, tilting his head.

"I'm not sure " She mewed looking up at him.

"Have some faith, kit." He said happy to help.

Barkkit was bored.Dunepaw had left him to do some other stuff,mainly weaating.He wanted to talk to a kit.As he scanned the camp,he noticed that Ravenkit had caught a mouse.She was with Mudpaw.Wow!he thought.Maybe Mudpaw can teach mee!Forgetting his shyness,he ran over."Hi"he mewed to Ravenkit and Mudpaw."How are you both doing today???he said a little jumpily.
