Mind me...

Ripplepaw laid down near the apprentice den. It had been almost three days since he learned the truth about his father... he was angry about that. But he was glad that Whitefoot had told him in the first place. Ripplepaw then got up and stretched, his brown fur taunt around his thick muscles and broad shoulders.

"Hey Ripple Boo." Slushpaw chuckled as she exited the apprentices den. The nickname stuck since they were kits. "What's up?" She asked, laying down across from him.

OOC: I posted this in the wrong section XD Lets head outta camp now!!!!

IC: Ripplepaw looked up.
"Hey Slushpaw," He mewed," I'm about to head out hunting! Wanna come?"

OOC: Ooh, are you gonna tell the truth about their dad?

IC: Slushpaw smiled. "Sounds good." She mewed, and started to walk with him.

OOC: Ohhhh ya

IC: Ripplepaw set out, and this time determined to tell Slushpaw about their "Dead" father. As soon as they were out of range of the camp Ripplepaw turned.
"I need to tell you something."

Slushpaw blinked in worry. "What is it?" She asked, concerned and fearful. Did he discover something...? Does he have an out of clan crush? Does..?

Ripplepaw leaned forward, his nose nose almost touching his sister's.
"Whitefoot told me about our father," Ripplepaw murmured quietly," that's why he took me out of camp... our father... he isn't dead, Slushpaw..."
Ripplepaw was trembling. Excitement coursed through him! He could finally tell his sister the truth about their father!
"Slushpaw, our father was never in Riverclan..." Ripplepaw took a large gulp of breathe," our father is a rouge."

Slushpaw's mind was shaking. Her world was collapsing. Her face was pale. "W-what? Are you s-sure?" She asked, fear in her tone. She heard a tiny bit of Willow... Er, Willowpaw, their sisters', conversation with their mother. 'Why didn't you stay withdaddy?' Her mind raced. "It... It can't be..."

Ripplepaw let out a frustrated grunt.
"Well it is true. That's why they hid him. Salmonstripe didn't want us to know. But I am going to find him," Ripplepaw murmured.

Slushpaw shook her head. "You can't. For all we know he could... He could be a murderer, Ripplepaw. I don't want you to get hurt." Her eyes filled with worry and concern for her best friend, her brother. Her eyes were strict and she seemed straight forward, all to make her seem official.

Ripplepaw sighed.
"I have to, Slushpaw," he mewed.

Slushpaw stared him in the eye. "Fine. But I'm not letting you do this alone." She growled, nose nearly touching his. "I'm coming with you. Whether you like it or not."
