Aggressive but friendly inside

Nightkit would always start fights with other kits to practice battling, but deep inside he has a secret friendship with Swiftkit from RiverClan. He misses her so much he doesn't fight as fierce as he did, and the other kits would notice. They both made a promise that when they become an apprentice they will visit when they're hunting. Almost every night they dream of seeing eachother and they would play with eachother. When he wakes up early he feels a bit sad but feels better when he looks over at his sleeping brother "I will never break our promise." he quietly mewed.

Deadkit looked up and laid his head on the edge of his nest, his blue eyes locked on Nightkit.
"Morning Nightkit," Deadkit mewed, pulling his paralyzed paw out of the nest and soon hoisting himself up.

Redkit yawned, stretching out in his nest and seeing his brother and another kit up and talking. "What are you guys doing up so early?" He asked, stretching his legs out. "Guys are gonna play without me?" The small ginger eyed a mossball not far off. With a sneaky smile, he got up, quickly batting the ball and sending it flying towards Deadkit and Nightkit.

Deadkit stretched and saw the mossball fly out of the nursery.

Nightkit looked over and leaped outside to get the moss ball. He went back with it in his mouth. He set it down and hit the moss ball to Redkit.

Hopkit awoke from the noise. He opened his eyes fully, annoyed from the noise that the other kits made.    
'Squirrel-like dung,' Hopkit thought. He stretched and walked toward the kits.

"YOU PIECES OF MOUSE DUNG WOKE ME UP FOR A GAME!" Hopkit took the moss ball from Redkit and ran outside the den. He knew the kits wouldn't come as they would be to scared to even take a step otuside the den.

Deadpaw let out an angry growl at Hopkit. The mangled apprentice ran forward and right into Hopkit's path. His blue eyes were as cold as ice right then. This kit would never make a good warrior if it kept acting like this.

Redkit purred as his brother brought the mossball back over and raised a paw so he could kicked it back over to Nightkit, before another bigger cat came over and shouted at them, taking the ball and running off with it. "Hey, that's our moss, you jerk!" He shouted, running after him and pausing at the den exit. Redkit knee they'd get in trouble if they were caught outside... but dangit! He wanted his ball back! "Give it back, Hopkit!" He yelled, running outside.

Nightkit darted out of the nursery, following his brother. "Give it back!" he hissed. He knew him and his brother would get in trouble if they got caught, but accidentally waking someone up isn't a reason to take a moss ball and run.
