Riverclan's new trouble maker

Ripplekit sat outside the nursery, his sleek brown fur a little Ruffled. He was bored and wanted to do something.

Blue eyes gazed over the kit, two huge paws stepped out of the nursery, probably the last place in which she was staying.

If Whitefoot and Troutstep told Fishstar what she'd done, Salmonstripe was screwed.

Ignoring her unpleasant thoughts, she sat down by her kit. "Well, hello there!"

Ripplekit looked up at his mother and grinned.
"Hi!" He mewed.

Whitefoot had just strolled back into camp carrying a fat water vole when the dreadful scent of Salmonstripe drifted over him. Narrowing his amber eyes he saw the cat who he no longer viewed as mother and the offspring that started it all. Although he didn't hold grudge against the kit, wasn't his fault he was born. He dropped off his prey and sat in the shady part of camp, scanning on what was happening.

Ripplekit perked his head up as Whitefoot padded in. Ripplekit stared with wide, awe-struck eyes at the warrior.

Turning his ginger and white head he saw the young Ripplekit, flicking his tail-tip he motioned for him to come over. He might as well be treated like any other clan kit, he could turn into a proud warrior. Ignoring Salmonstripe completely, she was dead to him practically.

Ripplekit didn't wait for anything, so he bounded over to Whitefoot. He found proud that a warrior had noticed him.
"Hi!" He mewed.

Clearing his throat he mewed softly, "Hey kit! Would you like to play a game? I'm pretty bored this morning" He mewed coolly. He was determined to turn this half rouge into a regular clan kit, he didn't want him to be ridiculed. As he was in the nursery for being adopted. Shuddering he pushed that thought aside.

Ripplekit nodded enthusiastically.
"Ya! What type of game!"

Whitefoot crouched down, "How about a hunting game?" He mewed, Let's see how well he can crouch. He was a bit curious to see what a half clan cat could do.

Her gaze remaining on her kit, she growled as Whitefoot danced over. Why is he so unappreciative that I adopted him? I'm his mother! I'M HIS MENTOR! HIS TEACHER! His everything... Blue eyes flicked from her adopted son to her true son.

Ripplekit had once seen the apprentices practicing in front of their den. a hunter's crouch.... Ripplekit started to think back to the apprentice and began to crouch down. Tail a little too high though. His belly fur hardly brushed the ground though. And as he remembered that the apprentices usually kept their heads level with their spines. He wobbled a bit, unsteady but soon he stabilized himself. He looked at Whitefoot.
"How is this?" Ripplekit asked, not realizing that his butt was too high up.

Whitefoot scooted forward and used his large single white foot to lower his rump, "Good but remember to lower your rump a little" He mewed encouragingly. Using his tail to sweep a fallen leaf closer he nodded to it, "Now pounce" He sat back to watch. You can do it.

Ripplekit lowered himself a bit, embarrassed. He knew his clan usually caught fish... but he didn't know how yet. Ripplekit wiggled his haunches then pounced on the leaf.

Whitefoot purred and curled his tail, "That was Perfect! When you're an apprentice you'll learn to fish, which is different of course" He mewed before laying down to relax.
