This time, instead of giving birth inside a huge camp full of listening cats, she lay there in Fourtrees, sleeping on a scrawny bed of mosses and leaves. Uncomfortable as it was, she still stay there, hoping to wake up with Viperfang and Rainpaw and Deadkit by her side.

As labor struck, she yowled uncontrollably at the annoying spasms of pain racking and racing through her body.

Viperfang had wandered off to catch a mouse or two to feed Mousewhisker, he sensed she was close from how she had difficulty moving about. He was on his way back when he heard her yowl, and raced over.

"Mousewhisker?"

IC: "Viperfang?" The Queen grunted painfully, but in a soft voice. "Please go get some herbs! I need them," Sighed Mousewhisker. A sharp yowl she did let escape, but held in more throat-killing howls and screams.
