| With Ashwing busy with soon to be kits, IceStorm thought it would be nice to catch some fresh prey for her and the clan. "Anyone want to come with me?" he meowed softly, poking his head into the apprentice den. He didn't have an apprentice yet, but that didn't mean he couldn't give these apprentices some tips on hunting.

| (woop sorry to flood every patrol with my cats, but cobalt is so close to becoming a senior warrior and i want to get her there)
Cobaltfire padded out of the warrior's den to see Icestorm rousing the apprentices for another patrol. She knew Ashwing was in the nursery, and she felt so happy that her former apprentice was expecting kits! however happy she was, she felt a pang of sadness and loneliness that she wasn't likely to follow the same route in life, finding a mate and having kits. I suppose because he's younger, and made friends when he was an apprentice. StarClan has blessed him. I suppose I'm too old for that route now.
Shrugging it off, she spoke to Icestorm.
"I hope you don't mind that I'm butting in on this patrol. I can organize another if you wish." |
