| "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath High Rock for a clan meeting." Duskfall called out from High Rock for the first time in moons for an apprentice ceremony. It was a momentous occasion as ThunderClan was returned to their rightful camp and holding clan meetings where they should have been held. The rock beneath his paws just felt right, the worn in grooves from leaders and deputies of times past. It felt right to be standing there to hold ceremonies once more. |

| Frostsnap padded out of the nursery, urging her kits to follow behind. It was finally the day when they became apprentices and learnt to become fine warriors as she'd always hoped. |

| Meadowkit slowly padded out the den behind her mother and brother. She felt slightly - okay, not slightly, a lot - left out because everyone was giving attention to Summitkit and not her. She sighed sadly, and continued after her family members, dragging her paws on the rough rock of Sunningrocks. I should be happy! Meadowkit chided herself. It's my apprentice ceremony! | Meadowkit, feeling content and happy once more, started trotting beside her brother, keeping close behind her mother. It was good to have family to rely on.
Suddenly, the excitement of the ceremony hit her. I'm going to be an apprentice! she thought excitedly.
