Glade shivered a bit. The outside thundered, and the wind blew. The splash splash of the rain was louder. Glade's eyes popped open. She looked around and saw that her mother wasn't there. She whimpered a bit, and padded outside, only to see through the rain her mother, dead. She yowled loudly. "MAMA!!!!" She cried as she ran to her mother and buried her muzzle in her fur. "Mama....." She mewled quietly.
